I use frozen whole strawberries because that way you don't have to use ice cream {which makes it healthier and it's just as good}. So, first put some in the blender. I guess about 4 or 5 of them, depending how much you want to make. My little recipe usually makes about 14-16oz.
{Also, bananas mixed in is also good... if I use a banana, I use about 1/2 of one}
Then add some milk.
And blend together.
Add some sugar or Splenda & blend again until it's sweet enough for you {I usually use about 3 tsp}Then pour in a cup and add Cool Whip on top.
