Gia the Giant

I name everything, you should know that by now.

I took my new bike (her name is Gia.. she is a Giant) out last night for her first ride... 18.5 miles and I didn't even fall off!! (and I wore green since it was St. Patrick's Day. That's the only festive thing I did because when I went to McDonald's for a Shamrock Shake THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM!!!)
Anyway, it was awesome! I'm excited that B and I now have an exercise activity that we can do together because obvs we can't run together since well, for one I can't run right now and for two, when I can he's WAY faster than me.
The only bad part was that I was staaarving for about the last 1/2 of the ride because we went at dinner time after I had already done an hour long spin class (yeah, I spent like 2.5 hours on a bike yesterday.) So next time I will have to plan more accordingly. It's just that it was 68 degrees out and how could I not go?!
Another bike ride today, tomorrow, and every day this weekend? Yes please.
Ending this post with my girl because I love her and this is one of my favorite parts of the day... in the morning when she lays on my lap and we talk and she gives me kisses.
