round 2. (you can read about round 1 here, here, and here). first race is december 18th. obvs, my goal is to beat last year's times. but my real goal is to beat last year's times by a lot. i'm not sure what "a lot" is, but hopefully it's a slightly significant amount. even though the first race will be a week after i just spent a week at the beach eating all the free soft serve ice cream my heart so desires and not running at all (probably. don't judge me. it's a vacation and you're supposed to take a week off after a half marathon to recover... right?) so, we shall see.
