I'll just ramble for a minute.

You guys, I'm pretty sure something is wrong with me. I don't know what it is, but every time I try to blog.... I just can't. Which is super annoying because I want to. But nothing comes out. I even challenged myself to come up with something I was thankful for every day of November to force me to post, but you can see how well that worked out (yes I still have to post the last week of thankful things).

So anyway, since my last post (whenever the heck it was) we've celebrated Thanksgiving. And my little family here has even celebrated Christmas. True story. But more on that later. And if I don't get my act together it may be 2013 before my next post ;)

So back to Thanksgiving. On Turkey Day our little Gage turned SEVEN.

And this is basically the only picture I took that day. Of our whole Thanksgiving.

I don't even know who I am anymore.

But it was a good day. I made the Waldorf salad becuase my BFF requested it and it made her day. Which I was glad about because prior to that day I had no idea what a Waldorf salad was. I also made deviled eggs for the first time and they didn't suck, so that was good.

Moving on.

Our house is (mostly) decorated for Christmas and it's feeling pretty festive around here. Minus the 75 degree weather we had today. I love it, but it just doesn't feel like December. Either way, I'm just glad we finally got the tree up before December 24th, so now we can actually enjoy it for like a whole month. Now I just have to finish addressing my Christmas cards and hopefully get those bad boys out before Easter.

OH! And my mom got a puppy! Welcome to the family, new baby Boston Terrier. Holy cuteness.

This picture was taken when he came to visit back in October. He was 6 days old here. HIS EYES WEREN'T EVEN OPEN YET OMG. He's now about 6 weeks old and officially lives there! I went to visit him yesterday but he slept the whole time, so I'm going back tomorrow. Hopefully he'll be awake and I can get some cute puppy pictures!

P.S. His name is Axul.

What else? I can't really think of anything (told you, brain = dead). Josh just got a brand spankin' new camera though so I'm sure there will be an abundance of new photos to post in the coming days. If nothing else.

My throat is sore for the 2nd day in a row so I'm taking that as a sign that I need to eat more ice cream. So off I go. I never ignore signs that tell me to eat ice cream.

Happy Monday and Happy December!
