I am traumatized just thinking about this... I have no idea what I would even do if this happened to me. Probably cry and have nightmares for a week. Usually I'm pretty cool-headed about killing bugs in the house (I had to slay a couple roaches in my Texas apartment), but that spider looks like it could talk. When I was in Costa Rica on a high school missions trip we saw giant spiders everywhere but at least those are outside. And in Costa Rica. Not in the bathtub. FREAKY.
